PROJECT DETAILS

Cavalli Tower is a new luxury residential project which is located right in front of the 5-star The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina in the highly popular Dubai Marina district. DAMAC Properties real estate development company is the proud developer of this luxurious tower and have yet again partnered with the world famous fashion house of Roberto Cavalli, who will be designing the interiors of each apartment. The two well-known names have previously collaborated on the exclusive Just Cavalli Villas in the popular DAMAC Hills 2 neighbourhood. The construction of the project will start next year and the handover date will be the fourth quarter of 2025.

Cavalli Tower by DAMAC is a stunning high-rise building with 70 floors and apartments in the new residential development will have gorgeous full sea views. Residents will also be able to see the Palm Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab, the new Emaar Beachfront and the highly anticipated Ain Dubai from each apartment. The residences will be as conical as the building itself as the first four floors in the building will be the building lobby with an indoor waterfall, with accompanying water features expertly placed all around the elegant space.

There will be 3 levels of residential units in Cavalli Tower by DAMAC:

  • Luxury apartments (Level 1) will be located on 4-37 floors.
  • Super luxury apartments (Level 2) will be situated on 38-47 storeys.
  • Extra luxury apartments (Level 3) will be located on the upper floors of Cavalli Tower.

The Level 3 apartments are called “flying villas” and will have a maid’s room and spacious terraces with a private swimming pool, BBQ area and a hydroponic wall, in which residents will be able to grow their own fruits and vegetables. There will also be access to private elevators for residents of the flying villas. In addition, the upper storeys will have only 5 residences per floor to maximise privacy.

A unique touch is that each apartment will have a room service menu available 24 hours a day. The amenities of the residential tower will include a public infinity and private swimming pools, parking, a huge gymnasium and a large multi-use hall for events and meetings.

PAYMENT PLAN

There will  be more than 480 residential units in the Cavalli Tower by DAMAC, with Level 1 comprising 314 luxury apartments, Level 2 – 95 super luxury residential units and Level 3 – 75 extra luxury residences.

The skyscraper offers 1, 2, 3 and 5-bedroom apartments for sale. The starting price for a 1-bedroom apartment constitutes around AED 1,754,000 (USD 477,000).

The service charge per sq.ft constitutes AED 25-30 (USD 7-8) per annum.

LOCATION

Cavalli Tower is situated in one of the most prestigious residential areas in the city – Dubai Marina. The convenient location provides fast and easy access to the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), which is the longest highway in Dubai.
